5 Summer Cleasing Drinks

KIWI LIME ROSEMARY WATER

  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 kiwi fruit thinly sliced

Add 1 cup of water and refrigerate for about an hour before drinking it. Rosemary has anti-infalmmatory properties, so its perfect for bettling dehydration.

STRAWBERRY APPLE WATER

  • 3 ice cubes
  • 3 sliced strawberries
  • ¼ of an apple (cubed)

Add 1 cup of water an refrigerate for about an hout before drinking it. This will help supress appetite as well as help acheive glowing skin.

CUCUMBER LIME ROSEMARY WATER

  • 3 cubes of ice
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 lime (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ of a cucumber (thinly sliced)

Add 1 cup of water and refrigerate for about an hour before drinking it. The cucumber will help you feel fresh all day.

GRAPEFRUIT APPLE WATER

  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 slices of grapefruit
  • 1 slice of an apple

Add 1 cup of water and refrigerate for about an hour before drinking it. Grapefruit in water is very good for flushing the digestive track.

WATERMELON GUAVA WATER

  • 3 cubes of ice
  • ¼ cup of watermelon (cubed)
  • 1 guava (thinly sliced)

Add 1 cup of water and refrigerate for about an hour before drinking it. Watermelon is a great fruit to get extra water from in general so as an infuse it’s even better.
